To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please Whats App us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You are expected to receive the entire refund amount credited to your bank account within next 4-5 business days. sometimes maximum date of refund time is 10 days due to any uncertain situations or public holidays.

Please be aware of circumstances that are not covered by our warranty:
The warranty period has expired.
Damage caused by general wear and tear, wear against abrasive surfaces such as rough seams, non-cycle specific clothing or under-saddle fenders.
Damage caused by UV (Sunlight or other natural phenomena), Fire, Bleach, Coloured Materials or Bicycle Cleaners.
Rips, Burns, Tears and Damages due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper care, mis-use, or the natural breakdown of colours, finishes and materials over time.
Damaged caused by improper repair, adjustments or lack of maintenance.
